I can’t believe it!! Been back at PT for three weeks doing half hour workouts using the new treadmills !! And the difference is amazing ! My weight has dropped 4 pounds. After taking a long break from PT and focussing on training for a marathon my weight has always stayed the same. Obviously the running is amazing too as it changed my body shape, but I’m now finally losing the last of the pounds I need to shift and it’s all down to half hour H.I.I.T. workouts…. I’m over the moon with the results!!!
