Stephen Brown, owner of Abbey Mill Fitness Club, Paisley has helped hundreds of people get back into shape by working with them on a one to one basis.
Since completing a Diploma in Health & Fitness, Stephen has gained 20 years experience in Personal Training and specialises in weight loss and muscle tone plus nutritional advice. Stephen recently became TRX qualified too.
